RLC Prep Center Disclosure

No hazmat, no perishable items that require refrigeration or a certain temp.
We do accept Canned or Bagged shelf life goods.
RLC Prep & Ship does not accept items over 50 pounds. These will be returned at expense of seller.
Items over 24-inches will be assessed an extra fee per price sheet.
All items must be listed on spreadsheet before we receive product in order to keep flow of inventory moving.
If using SEND to AMAZON, MSKU must be listed on spreadsheet.
All items that are damaged, have issues, unclaimed will be destroyed after 30 days if you do not advise what to do with the inventory. We are set up for fast turn around
If products have been mislabeled we will do our best to correct the issue by communicating with client.
We do not hold insurance of clients inventory, that is the responsibility of the owner of inventory.
We reserve the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will not disclose or use any supplier information to any outside, third-party.
RLC Prep & Ship reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change prices, policies, and or any other information contained in these documents/ or to its services. RLC Prep shall give notice to client, by email or text, of any change.
